GET TO KNOW

I was first introduced to chiropractic in middle school after my mom injured her lower back. What stuck with me wasn’t just that she improved physically, but how much better she felt overall. I saw changes in her energy, her mood, and how she showed up day to day, and it completely changed how I thought about health.
That experience is a big part of why I do what I do. I focus on listening closely, building real relationships, and then trusting my hands and intuition. My goal is to support the nervous system so people can function, adapt, and feel their best over time.
I especially love working with pregnant moms and growing families. Being trusted during that stage of life, and often getting to care for the whole family, is something I truly value.

More About Dr. Sharn
I’m originally from Brampton, Ontario, just outside of Toronto. I’m an only child and very close with my parents, and I grew up surrounded by a big extended family. I’m also engaged and getting married this September.
Outside the office, I love cooking and experimenting with new recipes, reading on my Kindle, and I’ve recently become a big matcha fan. I’m fluent in Punjabi and can read it as well, which is something I’m really proud of.
