Dr. Garrett was raised on a farm in a small town in Washington state, where he developed a strong work ethic and a heart for service. Growing up in a close-knit rural community shaped his values and instilled in him a deep desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

His healthcare journey began at Washington State University, where his passion for wellness care took root. He later transferred to Life Chiropractic College West (LCCW), earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree with clinical honors. While at LCCW, Dr. Garrett served as a leader in the pediatric chiropractic club, which focused on education, inspiration, and expanding access to expert care for pediatric, prenatal, and family wellness.

Dr. Garrett is fascinated by the body’s innate ability to heal under the right conditions. He brings this curiosity and reverence into his care, creating a space filled with hope, support, and compassion. He is especially passionate about helping children and young families reach their health goals.
