At 15 years old, Dr. Arlene knew that working in the healthcare field is what she wanted to do. She grew up in Southern California where she moved to the Bay Area and attended and graduated with a degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in movement science, from San Jose State University. Upon graduation, she worked at a busy chiropractic and physical therapy office in San Jose. Feeling inspired from the people and doctors there, she went on to achieve her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West where she graduated with academic honors. Dr. Arlene was fortunate to graduate from chiropractic school a quarter early where she had the opportunity to complete a preceptorship. After graduation, Dr. Arlene has served people of all ages.

Her love for learning more about the human body does not stop there. Dr. Arlene has taken countless seminars while in and after school to learn as much as she can. She is certified in the Webster Chiropractic Technique, a chiropractic technique specifically designed for pregnancy. She is also a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).
Dr. Arlene understands the importance of an active, drug-free approach to maintaining a healthy and productive life. Having found her passion in the heart of chiropractic, she is fully committed to help people achieve a state of optimal function.
